Claire Henry, Dementia Educator and Lourdes Memory Center Director who aim is to enhance the quality of life for those individuals with Alzheimer’s and other related behavioral diseases. Responsibilities include managing and coordination of all staff within the memory care unit; evaluating clinical service functions to provide optimum care for each individual resident within the Lourdes Center. Emphasis has been on developing partnerships with families and creating tailored resident profiles which promotes the highest quality of care for each resident. Functions an accomplished healthcare educator with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate clinicians, physicians and educators, while maintaining high interest and achievement. Articulate communicator who effectively interacts with diverse populations of healthcare professionals at a variety of academic levels.

Ian James Martins(Biography)
Dr. Ian Martins has been invited to join the Editors of various international journals and has been a reviewer for various journals (approx. 40). He was appointed as the Chief Editor for International Journal of Diabetes Research (2014-2017). He is a BIT Member (BIT Congress. Inc) with an H-index of 42, (ResearchGate STATs (22), Mendeley STATS (20). The total citations over the past 27 years has accumulated to 2830. ResearchGate’s analysis available on google, Tweet, Facebook, Lindekin under Ian James Martins’ name places Dr Martins’ publication stats RG score higher than 96% of the international researchers and is now a SCIENTIST (ResearchGate). Dr Martins has received certificates of recognition at various conferences/congresses in relation to anti-aging medicine. Born in 1945 in India, did graduation in Medicine (MBBS) in 1968 and Masters in Human Anatomy in 1972 from King George Medical University, Lucknow, UP India. Taught Anatomy to undergraduates (MBBS and BDS) for 41 years and post graduate students of Anatomy, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, at the same institute for 30 years. Research interest included Gross, Clinical and Neuro-anatomy and Medical Education. Published 48 research papers, guided 27 PG theses, participated in about 50 conferences of anatomy and allied sciences, presented about 40 papers. Published 4 Prospectus for various medical colleges including the one at Mauritius. As International Reviewer Edited and Reviewed 10 Chapters of Head and Neck region in GRAY’s ANATOMY, 40th edition, Member of the South Asian advisory board of Walters Kluwer, health, Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins. I am the Life Member of the Anatomical Society of India and have served the society as Vice President, Treasurer and member / chairman of various administrative and academic committees of ASI. The Society conferred Founder Fellowship (FASI) on me in 2012. From the year 2017 I have become Advisor of GCA group of Federative International Programme of Anatomical Terminology of IFAA for 5 years. I have been honoured with Saraswati Samman in 2008, Rashtriya Gaurav Award 2016, Medical Excellence Award and Jewel of India Award in 2018. After superannuation in 2011 joined the DEI, Deemed University, Dayalbagh, Agra, as Honorary faculty in Anatomy and doing honorary service in the Saran Ashram Hospital as General Physician. Occasionally I also go to the remote forest areas to address to the health needs of the aborigines in India. I am also guiding research in the University of Baghdad, Iraq.
